Purchasing Conditions
Validity
This agreement is valid between Suitopia Scandinavia AB and its customers.
Terminology
Custom made products are products made from measurements (such as suits and tuxedos).
Standard products are products not made from measurements (such as bow ties and cufflinks).
Order confirmation
When you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You can keep track of your order status by logging into your account and going to "Your order history" at; www.suitopia.com. Please note that you have to log in to do this.
Production and delivery
Your order will be produced by our tailor and in about 2-3 weeks delivered directly to your delivery address. We use FedEX for our deliveries so you can easily follow your order through the tracking system FedEX offers. Your order is professionally packaged by the tailor in order to protect it.
If you have ordered fabric samples, these will be sent to you by post within 2-4 days after the order is paid for.
Payment terms
Payment can be made by by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. When you have completed your payment your order will be sent to production.
Freight
Freight is included in the price. Suitopia cannot be held responsible for possible shipment delays as all shipments are handled by third parties. Suitopia subcontracts carriers and, therefore, when the order is handed over to the carrier the only information available to Suitopia is the one appeared in the carrier website. The tracking number to get this information will be set to your order when the package is shipped. All purchases made with Suitopia include a shipment contract. Suitopia will not be responsible for delays within the recipient's control, such as recipient not being available to accept delivery, having supplied Suitopia with incorrect delivery information, or is unable or unwilling to cooperate with fedex and/or customs. When the order is in carrier's hands, the carrier is responsible for it.

Return policy
Due to the fact that each custom made product is custom made for each individual customer Suitopia does not offer any opportunities to return products.
Care advice 
Always keep your custom made product on a hanger when not in use. Use a spray bottle with cold water to easily spray the fabric in order to straighten wrinkles. It is possible to iron the fabric, but only with low heat and preferably with a towel between the iron and the fabric in order to maintain the quality of the fabric. Cleaning advice: Dry clean only.
Force Majeure
In case of war, natural disaster, labor related disputes, government edicts, delivery failures from suppliers, extraordinary circumstances outside Suitopias control, that affects the contract between Suitopia and the customer, Suitopia will not be responsible for completing the terms specified above.
Dispute
A purchase from Suitopia is governed by Swedish law. Any dispute with companies within the Suitopia Group, its employees, Directors, or owners, individually or together, shall be settled in a Swedish court of law.
Disclaimer
How a product from Suitopia is used is the responsibility of the bearer of the product and how it is kept is the responsibility of the keeper of the product. No company within the Suitopia Group, its employees, Directors, or owners, individually or together, can be held responsible for any injury, damage, harm, suffering, etc to anyone or anything that has been caused, directly or indirectly, by a product from Suitopia.
